Most advanced devices.
Kits you can trust.

Humans Nexus is a neutral, multi-device, patient-centric platform. We curate best-in-class collection devices for each matrix, then assemble them into a Cell, our regulated collection kit, with its own UDI, built for the programme rather than a single brand.

Exclusive importer and distributor for the EU, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Middle East, expanding soon.

Two axes

Curated devices, regulated kits.

There are two parts to what travels to the patient. The first is the device, the instrument that takes the sample. We do not manufacture it; we curate the best device for each matrix and support it on the platform. The second is the kit (the regulated collection pack we assemble around that device, with its own identity, its instructions and its return logistics). The device decides how the sample is taken; the kit decides how the whole collection is run, documented and returned.

Curated devicesBest-in-class per matrix (capillary blood, stool, urine and saliva). Sourced, qualified and supported on the platform. We curate and supply the device; the manufacturer remains the legal maker.
The Cell, our regulated kitAssembled collection packs (systems and procedure packs) named for the sample they carry (Blood | Cell, Saliva | Cell, Urine | Cell, Stool | Cell), each with its own UDI, built around the right device.
One neutral platformKits and clinical-grade logistics to ISO 15189-accredited laboratories, custody documented and results returned. We integrate labs; we never compete with them.
Curated devices

Best-in-class, per matrix.

A single brand cannot be best at every matrix. So we curate, pairing each sample type with the device that collects it best, and assembling the kit around it.

We mix the most advanced devices in the world, and we choose them on quality (never on price, and never because one earns us more). We do not carry a device or a kit because there is a margin in it. Patient safety comes first, then the experience of the person collecting, then what lets a practice or a laboratory do its best work. The same rule decides which laboratory a sample is routed to.

Our kits

Assembled around the device.

The pairing is the expertise: matched to the panel it is validated for, so the wrong device cannot quietly be ordered against the right test.

A device is not a kit. We assemble the device, the consumables, the stabilisation, the tamper-evident return packaging and the app-guided instructions into a regulated collection pack (a system or procedure pack) each with its own UDI.

01Curate the device

Select the best-in-class device for the matrix and the programme, and qualify it on the platform.

02Assemble the kit

Build the regulated pack around it (consumables, stabilisation, sealing, return mailer and instructions, under one UDI).

03Run it on the platform

Clinical-grade logistics move the sample; the platform carries its identity and its custody to the accredited lab, and its result back.

Why curation

Neutral by design.

A single-brand reseller is locked to one maker’s strengths and gaps. A neutral, multi-device platform is not. Because we curate across manufacturers and assemble our own kits, we can match each programme to the device that fits it, and swap, add or combine formats as the science moves. We are European-owned and MDR/IVDR-native, and we integrate laboratories rather than competing with them.

We own no lab, so we never compete with the labs we connect.

Good to know.

Does Humans Nexus manufacture the devices?

No. We curate best-in-class devices from their manufacturers and supply and support them on our platform. Each manufacturer remains the legal maker of its device; we assemble the regulated kit around it.

What is the difference between a device and a kit?

The device is the instrument that takes the sample, for example a capillary collector or a VAMS tip. The kit (a Cell) is the regulated collection pack we assemble around that device, with its own UDI, consumables, stabilisation, tamper-evident return packaging and app-guided instructions.

Why curate multiple devices instead of one?

No single brand is best at every matrix. Curating across manufacturers lets us pair each sample type and programme with the device that fits it best, and combine or change formats as the science moves (a neutral, multi-device platform rather than a single-brand catalogue).

Do the kits carry their own regulatory identity?

Yes. Our assembled kits are regulated collection packs (systems or procedure packs) each carrying its own UDI. Device-level regulatory status (such as CE marking) is held by the device manufacturer.

Which matrices are covered?

Capillary blood in liquid and dried formats, plus stool, urine and saliva (all orchestrated on one platform, analysed in ISO 15189-accredited laboratories).
