Flow is the single mobile application on the platform, and it does the one thing software alone cannot: it ties every sample to a real, verified patient. It confirms who they are at the moment of collection, records their consent, and coaches them through a clean sample. One app, one job (patient identity you can trust). Business onboarding for laboratories and partners runs on Pulse, not here.
The result comes back through Pulse and is released to the patient once the clinician has reviewed it. Flow is where they see it, and where it stays: their data lives in a patient-sovereign vault, powered by Aigia (held for the person it came from, not for whoever ordered the test).
