Flow is the individual’s side of the Humans Nexus platform: the one app, in the hand of every person who touches a sample. Flow is the single mobile application on the platform, and it does the one thing software alone cannot: it ties every action to a real, verified person. A patient confirms their identity at the moment of collection, records consent, registers the kit and is coached through a clean sample. A clinician, or someone on a customer’s team, signs or approves with the same verified identity. Organisations are onboarded in Pulse; the people inside them are verified here, once, and confirmed every time.
The result comes back through Pulse and is released to the patient once the clinician has reviewed it. Flow is where they see it, and where it stays: in the Aigia Vault, the patient-sovereign vault held for the person it came from, not for whoever ordered the test.
The status view: where your sample is, the way you would track a parcel, and nothing on the screen that is not yours.

A home sample fails on friction: the wrong person, no record of consent, a poorly taken sample. Flow removes each of those at the source, in the patient’s hand.

What is Flow?

Is Flow only for patients?
No. Patients are its first users: identity, consent, kit registration, guided collection and the result in their Aigia Vault. Professionals and the people at our customer organisations also use Flow to sign and approve, each with a verified identity. Business onboarding, the KYB on the organisation itself, runs on Pulse.
How does Flow relate to Pulse?
They are the two faces of one platform. Pulse is the operator control plane: kits, logistics, routing and billing. Flow is the human face, the verified patient and recorded consent. Every sample Pulse tracks is tied to a patient verified in Flow.
Who owns the data in Flow?
The patient. The person who gives the sample owns the data it produces, grants access to those who need it, and can revoke it; consent is recorded, scoped and revocable.
Do partners build their own app?
No. Flow is the app. Partners bring it to their patients rather than building and maintaining a collection app of their own, and where a partner already has an app, that app hands off to Flow for identity, consent, kit registration and the guided collection.
