Digital health,
add diagnostics to your product.
Embed clinical-grade collection into your app through one integration. Remote collection becomes a feature; clean, structured results come back, without your platform ever touching a laboratory.
Your product stops at the sample.
A digital-health product can consult, coach, prescribe and track, but it can’t collect a clinical sample. The diagnostic step happens off-platform, if it happens at all: the user is sent to a clinic, the result lands somewhere else, and the journey breaks at the exact moment a real biomarker would make it valuable. Building collection, logistics and lab integration yourself is a regulated infrastructure project, not a feature.
Diagnostics as a feature.
Order a kit and get a structured result back (the regulated platform of kits, logistics and accredited labs sits behind one integration, so remote collection becomes something you ship, not something you build).
We are a neutral platform routing to ISO 15189-accredited laboratories (we integrate labs and never compete with them, and we never sell to your users directly). See Pulse →
Behind your app.
Your app calls one integration to order a regulated kit. It ships to the user, identity-matched at the point of collection, your branding in front, the platform behind.
The user self-collects and returns the sample under documented chain of custody (stabilised, sealed and tracked, with controlled-temperature transport where required).
An accredited laboratory runs the assay and clean, structured results return through the same integration into your product or EHR, your platform never touches a lab.
One integration, every matrix.
A single integration covers ordering, collection, logistics and structured results (across every sample type, into accredited labs).
Clinical-grade, not mail-in.
The diagnostics you embed are real: samples return to ISO 15189-accredited laboratories under documented chain of custody, with validated remote use published across at-home HbA1c, therapeutic drug monitoring and decentralised trials, and high sample-return compliance reported in published programmes. It is clinical-grade infrastructure behind your product (not a consumer mail-in test). We never give medical advice or diagnose; the result comes from the accredited lab, and the clinical decision stays with you and your clinicians.
Good to know.
How do we integrate?
Through one integration. You order kits, track status and ingest clean, structured results (a single integration that covers collection, logistics and accredited-lab analysis). See Pulse →
Does our platform have to handle the laboratory?
No. Your platform never touches a lab. Humans Nexus operates the regulated platform and routes results back through one integration; an ISO 15189-accredited laboratory runs the assay. We integrate labs and never compete with them.
Will you sell to our users?
No. You reach the user; we provide the infrastructure underneath. We never sell directly to your users.
Is this a consumer mail-in test?
No. It is clinical-grade infrastructure: documented chain of custody, identity-matched tamper-evident sealing, controlled-temperature transport where required, and analysis in an accredited laboratory. See chain of custody →
Do you provide a diagnosis or medical advice?
No. Humans Nexus does not diagnose or give medical advice. We deliver clean, structured results from the accredited laboratory back into your product; the clinical interpretation and decision stay with you and your clinicians.
Ship diagnostics as a feature.
