Neutrality is the point. Humans Nexus does not operate a laboratory and never will, so the network has no incentive to steer volume to a lab of its own. We integrate laboratories rather than compete with them, which is what lets a lab put a remote-collection programme on our platform without handing work to a rival. The platform routes the sample; the accredited laboratory does the science.
Matched to the right lab.
A programme is routed to the laboratory best suited to run it (not the nearest, the cheapest by default, or a lab we happen to own). Three factors decide.
Routing matches the panel to a laboratory accredited for those parameters, so the assay is run where it is properly validated.
Time-sensitive panels are routed to a laboratory that can meet the turnaround the programme requires.
Samples are routed with geography and jurisdiction in mind, keeping logistics short and data within the right regulatory envelope.

Instead of negotiating and integrating with each laboratory one by one, a partner connects to the platform once and reaches the whole network. Add a sample type, expand to a new region or scale a programme without rebuilding the plumbing each time (the platform handles routing, custody and the return of structured results).
Routing is decided on validated performance for that panel (accreditation, method, turnaround, and what the sample actually needs). Never on what a supplier or a laboratory pays us. Patient safety comes first, and after it the quality of the service a practice or a laboratory is able to give.
Per-parameter, retained.
Accreditation lives with the laboratory, parameter by parameter. The platform does not dilute, pool or stand in for it (it routes a sample to a laboratory accredited for the specific parameters in the panel, and that laboratory remains accountable for the result under its own ISO );15189 scope. The platform makes accredited testing reachable from the home; it does not replace the accreditation.

Does Humans Nexus run its own laboratory?
No. We own no lab and never compete with one. The network routes neutrally into independent ISO 15189-accredited laboratories, each of which keeps its own accreditation and accountability for results.
How is a programme matched to a laboratory?
By assay, turnaround and region: the panel is routed to a laboratory accredited for those parameters, able to meet the required turnaround, and appropriate for the sample’s geography and jurisdiction.
What does “one integration reaches many labs” mean?
A partner connects to the platform once rather than integrating with each laboratory separately. Adding a sample type, region or volume does not require rebuilding integrations (the platform handles routing, custody and structured results).
Does routing affect a laboratory’s accreditation?
No. Per-parameter ISO 15189 accreditation is retained by each laboratory. The platform routes the sample; it never substitutes for, pools or dilutes the lab’s accreditation.
