One platform. Every module.
Every side of the platform runs on the same modules. What changes is which of them you switch on, and what you pay (never which parts exist).
Two of them wait on another being on first, and both are technical facts rather than commercial gates: a kit is a box until its identifier binds to a chain, and nothing can be invoiced until it is known to have completed. Store is the only one confined to businesses. Every other module reaches at least three of the four experiences (a laboratory, a practice, the practitioner who collects, and the patient). How each module works →
Free at every level. You choose how deep.
Nothing to join, no monthly fee, no integration fee, no minimum (permanently). Three levels, all free to reach. What you gain is volume you did not have to find, and the infrastructure to serve it.
We earn one transparent platform fee on the volume we bring you (never a mark-up on your test, and)never a cent on the business you already have.

What an Anchor is
One laboratory per region, named publicly, that the network is built around rather than merely routed to. Reached by agreement, not by volume.
Your existing accounts stay yours. Permanently.
The business you already had carries no fee, ever (whatever volume it sends, however long it stays). That is fixed with you before anything goes live.
The platform fee applies only to demand the network creates. If we did not bring it to you, we do not earn on it.
We own no laboratory and never compete with you. Per-parameter accreditation stays with you. You remain the principal and the invoicing party (we never resell your test). You still decide which practices you accept; you simply never chase a document to do it. We earn only a transparent platform fee on volume we bring, issued as one consolidated invoice, monthly.
How the invoicing and e-invoicing position works → · Join the network →
Everything on, from day one. No levels to climb.
Every module is live from your first order. What the plan changes is how many locations run as one account (never which parts of the platform you get).
You pay the laboratory’s own price for the test. We never mark it up, and we never take a share of your consultation.

The per-sample fee is the same on both. Group buys governance across locations, not better sample economics (so a busy single-address practice never has a reason to move, and a two-site group with modest volume still does).
Verified once. Invoiced for. Paid without chasing.
Verified once. You submit your licence, credentials and business identity a single time. That same documented set is presented to every laboratory you order from, for each to validate to its own standards (you do not repeat it per laboratory, and you do not repeat it when you add one).
Invoiced for. Your invoice to the patient is issued in your name, from the order (you write nothing).
Paid without chasing. Payment is collected before the invoice is issued and settled to you. No dunning, no receivables ledger. The money is collected for you and settled to you (we never buy the debt).
The laboratory’s invoice to you works the same way, in its name. How the chain works →
The platform never marks up the test.
You pay the laboratory’s own price, always. What you buy from us is the capability around it: access to laboratories you have no relationship with, one ordering surface, a defensible record, and collection at a patient’s home that you could not offer at all before.
Like any cost of goods, it passes into the price you set for your patient. Nothing we charge ever scales with the value of your consultation.
Monitoring, bought at wholesale
A monitoring device goes home with one person rather than staying in the practice, so it is bought rather than stocked. The practice takes the device and its subscription at wholesale and sells them on to the patient, and keeps the margin on both. There is no placement fee per device and no target (if monitoring is not right for that patient, the answer is simply not to place one).
Three plans. All include the whole platform.
Digital health, insurers, employers, occupational health, CROs and sponsors (everyone buying collection at programme scale rather than ordering test by test). What changes between plans is the rate you pay and what you can hold us to, never which parts of the platform you get. Practices and clinic groups have their own terms above.

Does Assured pay for itself at your volume?
Above a certain monthly volume, yes. Below it, no (and we would rather tell you than sell you).
Where the line falls depends on the rate each ladder has earned you, which is why Pulse works it out against your own orders rather than an average. If Standard is cheaper for you, it will say so.
Work it out with usFour lines make a sample. One of them is the same for everyone.
A sample price is the device, the kit assembled around it, the lane it travels and the custody fee. The first three depend on what you order and where it goes. The custody fee does not (it is the same for every device and every country, and it falls with your volume). All four are on screen in Pulse before you order.
| DeviceOne ladder, every device | In Pulse |
| Kit assemblyShipper, instructions, packing | In Pulse |
| LogisticsPer lane, by country pair | In Pulse |
| Custody feeSame everywhere, every device | In Pulse |
Device, kit and logistics move with what you order and where it goes. The custody fee moves only with your volume (never with the device, never with the country). One ladder, falling automatically, nothing to apply for.
Pulse shows what you pay today, and what the next step down takes.
Device and kit rates move the same way. One ladder across the whole catalogue, falling automatically with what you actually ship (there is nothing to apply for and no negotiation to open). Assured earns you a better rate again once your volume reaches it. Both are on screen in Pulse against your own orders.
Good to know.
Which of the three am I?
If you process samples, you are a laboratory (free at every level, and the section above is yours). If you see patients at one site or a handful of sites, you are a practice or a clinic group. If you are buying collection at programme scale (digital health, an insurer, an employer, a CRO or a sponsor) you are in programmes. If you are two of these at once, tell us which one you buy as and we will start there.
Does every module exist on every plan?
They exist on every plan. Which of them are switched on differs on one side only. A practice gets every module from its first order, because the invoice is raised from the order and the result, and both are already on the platform. A laboratory gets the rest once there is a connection between its systems and ours (not as a commercial gate, but because a custody record cannot reach a bench that is not connected to it).
Can I accept samples collected at a patient’s home?
That takes two things, and only one of them is a level. The chain has to reach you, which needs the connection. And the method has to be evidenced for the panel: we evidence our collection method against that assay and put the stability data on file, and it becomes orderable for home collection. The second part travels with the panel and never with the account, so a connected laboratory may have one panel open for home collection or twenty.
What does the platform fee cost a laboratory?
It is a single percentage of your own test price, on volume we bring you (never on the business you already have, and never a mark-up on your test). We discuss the rate directly, because it sits alongside what we take off your desk: onboarding, invoicing, collection and credit risk. There is nothing else, at any level.
What happens to the clinics I already serve?
Nothing, and that is the point. They carry no fee for as long as they stay, whatever volume they send, and that is agreed with you before anything goes live. A clinic’s existing flow has no reason to move onto the platform and we will not move it. We earn when that clinic does something it could not do before.
Is Group a higher tier than Solo?
No (it answers a different question). The per-sample fee is identical on both, because the subscription buys governance across locations rather than better sample economics. A busy single-address practice with six partners stays on Solo, and should. Group is for running several locations as one account: roles, consolidated billing, reporting site by site.
Do I need my own laboratory?
No (laboratory routing is included in every plan). Samples go to accredited partner laboratories, the lab is named before you order and invoices you directly, and results come back to you. If you already work with a laboratory, Humans Nexus can route to it instead. Humans Nexus operates no laboratory, so it never competes with yours.
What is the custody fee?
It covers everything that makes a sample trustworthy rather than merely shipped: kit activation, the identity of the person who collected it, an unbroken record of every hand-off, and routing the result back to you. Charged once per sample, only when that record is complete, and unlike the other lines it never changes with the device or the country.
Why are device prices not on this page?
Because one list price would be misleading. A kit is a device plus the assembly around it, and a stool kit and a capillary blood kit are not the same object. Logistics is priced per lane, so a domestic round trip and a cross-border return are different numbers. Rather than publish a figure that would be wrong for most orders, Pulse shows your actual rate for your actual device before you commit to anything.
How does my rate improve?
On its own. Rates fall with what you actually ship, measured on a rolling basis, so a quiet month does not cost you anything and a busy one moves you down the ladder automatically. There is no application, no negotiation and no separate schedule per device: one ladder covers every device, every kit and every lane, and Pulse shows where you are on it and what the next step takes.
Who invoices the patient?
The practice does, in its own name, from the order. The laboratory’s customer is the practice; the practice’s customer is the patient, and the laboratory never faces the patient at all. Humans Nexus invoices you only for kits, logistics and the custody fee (the panel itself never passes through Humans Nexus, which keeps Humans Nexus out of the clinical relationship). What that means for your own VAT position is confirmed by written opinion per market, because it turns on the panel rather than on the structure.
Am I locked in?
You commit to a term, never to a volume. Standard has no term and no minimum order, cancel any time. Assured runs twelve months, because you receive rates ahead of the volume that earns them and your schedule is fixed for the term. There is no committed number of samples in that, and no minimum to hit. If you would rather not commit to the term either, start on Standard and move across when the numbers work.
What if my volume dips on Assured?
Nothing punitive, because there was never a volume you promised. The better device rate pauses for that month and you pay the rate your own volume has earned, exactly as on Standard. The Assured custody band, the contracted turnaround, the API and your branding continue untouched. There is no shortfall charge and nothing to buy back (the threshold decides a rate, it is not a commitment).
Can a clinic group take Assured instead?
Yes. Group and Assured are not a ladder, they answer different questions. Group is about running several sites as one account: roles, consolidated billing, reporting across sites. Assured is about programme economics: a flat custody fee from the first sample, a fixed schedule for the term and a contracted turnaround. A group ordering at programme volume can take either or both, and we would rather work out which is cheaper for you than sell you the larger one.
How is monitoring priced?
The practice buys the device and its subscription at wholesale and sells them on, keeping the margin on both. A monitoring device goes home with one person rather than staying in the practice, which is why it is bought rather than stocked. There is no placement fee and no target per site.
Start with one kit. Scale when it works.
No minimum order, no setup fee, and your rates on screen before you commit to anything.
